As per government regulations, every guest above 18 years of age must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.

Guests without valid identification will not be permitted to check in.

The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age.

Twyla Farms does not accommodate unmarried couples.

Any booking found to be in violation of the above conditions may be cancelled without refund.

Child Policy

One child below 5 years of age can stay complimentary when sharing accommodation with parents/guardians.

Additional charges may apply for extra children, bedding, or services.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email.

30 days or more before arrival: 10% retention charges

16 to 29 days before arrival: 20% retention charges

5 to 15 days before arrival: 30% retention charges

48 hours to 4 days before arrival: 60% retention charges

Less than 48 hours before arrival: 100% retention charges (No Refund)

Resort Rules

Outside food, beverages, liquor, and audio-visual equipment are not permitted within the resort premises.

Personal assistants or accompanying staff are not allowed unless included in the confirmed guest count.

Pets are not permitted inside the resort.

Nylon swimwear is mandatory for all guests using the swimming pool facilities.

Early Check-in & Late Check-out

Early check-in is subject to room availability.

Guests requiring guaranteed early access are advised to reserve the room for the previous night at an additional charge.

Late check-out requests are subject to availability.

To guarantee room access beyond the standard check-out time, guests may reserve an additional night at applicable rates.

Additional Services & Payments

Full payment for any additional services or activities must be made at the time of check-in or prior to availing the service.

Alcohol Policy

Twyla Farms does not maintain an annual liquor license.

A temporary/day liquor license may be arranged at an additional cost, subject to applicable terms and government regulations.

Consumption of alcohol without the required permissions is strictly prohibited within the resort premises.

Management Rights

The resort reserves the right to refuse service, cancel bookings or events, and request any guest to leave the premises if their conduct is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of resort policies.

Such actions may be taken without liability or compensation.

Privacy & Information Security

Guest information collected during reservation and check-in is used solely for booking management, guest services, legal compliance, and communication purposes.

Personal information will be handled responsibly and will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties except where required by law.

Amendments

Twyla Farms reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these policies and terms at any time without prior notice.
